HOW DO WE GET THERE FROM CANCUN AIRPORT?

Playa del Carmen is a 45-minute drive south of the airport. We provide private van service for $185 round trip, max 8 people, child seats available; Other options: Taxi $80 one way, Express Bus, Rental Car.

WHERE ARE THE PROPERTIES?

All our rentals are on the beach in the heart of Playa's main tourist district within one block from Fifth Avenue. Fifth Avenue is a world-famous, 60 block pedestrian promenade with relaxed cafes and gourmet restaurants, exclusive lounges, and alfresco bars, intriguing boutiques, and local purveyors of all types and variety.

ARE THE PROPERTIES TRUE BEACHFRONT?

Yes and all of our in-town condos are on the beach.

IS PLAYA'S BEACH SUITABLE FOR SWIMMING AND SNORKELING?

Playa's beach is rated as one of the top swimming beaches in the Riviera Maya because of its soft white sand and calm aqua blue water providing safe and enjoyable swimming conditions for people of all ages. The reef offshore offers excellent snorkeling and a multitude of colorful reef fish, but you will need to hire a snorkeling guide with a boat to get there. There are numerous guides that operate right from the beach.

DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?

Not necessarily because Playa is pedestrian-friendly and close to everything. We typically walk or cab around town and rent a car on an as-needed basis for regional excursions. Most buildings offer complimentary parking in secure garages and there are several car rental agencies within a few blocks.

WHERE DO WE GROCERY SHOP?

There are several small markets within a few blocks and two full-service grocery stores within 10 blocks. (Wall-Mart and Mega) You can also use our recommended online grocery service that will deliver to your unit.

HOW OFTEN DO WE GET HOUSEKEEPING?

We offer unlimited purified water, daily trash removal, every other day freshening, and a mid-week change of sheets and towels for stays of 7 nights or more.

DO YOU HAVE TV, PHONE, AND INTERNET SERVICE?

Most of our properties have cable TV, high-speed wireless internet.

DO YOU OFFER CONCIERGE SERVICES?

We offer Personal Assistance for transportation, grocery shopping. And an onsite concierge for information about tours & excursions that can help with emergency & medical assistance.

DO WE NEED TO GET PESOS?

Not necessarily. Most stores and restaurants in Playa will take dollars and credit cards. There are ATMs nearby and places to change money. We usually take about 100 dollars in ones, fives, and tens which are very handy for tipping and short cab rides around town.
